We are looking for an experienced Copywriter (English) to join our diverse and growing Dubai team.
Crowd is a global creative agency, specialising in amplifying demand for brands around the world. Founded in 2012, we have 10 offices worldwide – strategically located in the most important business hubs globally. Specialising in creative communications and a clientele that ranges from travel, real estate, government, professional services, F&B, education and more.
Working closely with the Creative Director, across a wide variety of different industry sectors, you will bring to life creative propositions and produce everything from SEO website copy to social media posts, and advertising campaigns.
Along with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field you will have at least 5 years experience of professional copywriting with a robust portfolio of work. You must be fluent in English with strong conceptualisation and smart thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Writing, proofreading and content editing of short and long form copy for web, blogs, email, video scripts, social media and advertising campaigns.
- Taking briefs, crafting succinct and effective copy, writing and formatting copy deck and interpreting brand tone of voice and language.
- Create tone of voice manuals for brand guidelines and campaign toolkits for advertising campaigns.
- Research and understand a client’s needs and target audiences, through desk research, reviews of existing materials, interviews with subject-matter experts and stakeholder meetings.
- Work with the Creative and Art Directors to conceptualise and develop cohesive narratives for marketing materials and campaigns.
- Understand the SEO process with experience in collaborating with the technical team to implement target keywords and optimise web content.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years experience of professional copywriting with a robust portfolio of work.
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field.
- English fluency & mastery, Arabic is a plus.
- Passionate about writing and can create concise, impactful copy.
- Strong conceptualisation and smart thinking skills.
- Experience and understanding of how to engage an audience.
- Exceptional writing and research skills with being able to adapt fast paced projects and tasks.
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills and multitasking ability.
- Excellent grammar skills and proven creative writing ability.
- Relevant experience or background in travel, retail and real estate is a plus.
- UAE and and GCC experience is preferred.
- Agency experience is preferred.
