Our Dubai team is looking for an SEO Executive to plan, execute and report on day-to-day SEO deliverables and provide digital consultancy to improve search positioning.
Crowd is a global marketing agency, specialising in amplifying demand for brands around the world. Founded in 2012, we have 10 offices worldwide – strategically located in the most important business hubs globally. Specialising in digital communications and a clientele that ranges from travel, real estate, government, retail, F&B, education and more, our team is expanding and looking for a Dubai-based SEO Executive to join the team immediately.
You are a young and ambition tech-savvy that is passionate about data analytics and the SEM landscape. You should have strong copywriting and analytical skills, knowledge of coding techniques, and a commitment to constantly keep on top of search algorithms to ensure client websites are optimised to the best of abilities.
You will be collaborating closely with the Digital Marketing team to plan and execute SEO campaigns, as well as taking ownership of on-page and off-page management for client websites. You should have a good understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript with proven experience in conducting audits to identify opportunities and continually improve organic performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, scope and execute SEO strategies to achieve key business objectives and KPIs
- Perform keyword research/mapping to optimise existing pages and uncover new opportunities
- Conduct technical and competitor audits to identify gaps and recommendations
- Monitor Core Web Vitals and provide recommendations on how to improve them
- Set up and create tracking sheets, roadmaps and KPI frameworks
- Build and develop content plans including the creation of blog articles
- Build domain authority and improve search visibility through link building and vetted backlinks
- Optimise site architecture, content, UX and other factors to improve search positioning
- Work alongside the Developers to improve site crawlability and performance by providing specific recommendations
- Track, analyse and provide progress reports highlighting MoM performance, key insights and actionable items
- Attend status meetings with clients and the Account Management teams
- Adhere to best practices, keeping informed with search algorithms and industry updates
- Support the wider team to prepare client presentations – Excels, PPTs, Quarterly business reviews
Key Requirements
- 5+ years experience of relevant SEO/SEM experience
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or related field required
- Google Certified in Digital Marketing, SEO and PPC courses
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Excellent copywriting and grammar skills
- Good strategic thinking skills that help to build and evolve SEO strategies
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to leverage data to drive actionable insights
- Strong understanding of how search engines, crawling and indexing works
- Proficient in SEO tools (i.e. SEMRush, Keyword Planner, Moz, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, etc)
- Excellent knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
- Excellent grasp of SEO metrics and best practices
- Good experience with PHP-based Content Management Systems (i.e. WordPress)
- Experience with managing and growing multilingual and international websites
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Highly organised and able to handle multiple deadline driven projects and workflows
Bonus Skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic is preferred
- UAE experience is preferred
- ASO and Paid SEM is preferred
